BUSIN JSIC provides obligatory civil liability insurance to Ukrainian citizens who legally possess, store or use a weapon according to the Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 29.03.2002 No. 402.

Death or disability of the individuals, as well as damage of the property of the individual and/or company as a result of possession, storage or use of weapon.

The Insured may include citizens of Ukraine who possess, store or use:
- military arms or weapons made to special order
- weapon for training purposes
- out of use weapon
- hunting weapon
- knives and swords
- air guns
The insured may also be companies or individuals who legally store and use weapons (except military servants of Armed Forces and other military groups, police, during fulfilment of their official duties).
