The Insured is a capable individual who, thanks to accident insurance policy, avoids considerable medical expenses and returns to health after the accident and has an opportunity to compensate loss of income.

The Insurance Agreement may be agreed by the individual and employer.

The Insured sum is determined by mutual agreement and is a sum of money which will be paid completely or partially in case of the insured event occurring which is forseen by the agreement

Insurance indemnity payments will be given in the following cases:
- Temporary disability with payment of the insurance indemnity for rehabilitation and treatment of injuries, such as fracture, dislocation, burn, etc.
- Partial permanent disability with payment of the insurance indemnity for welfare (loss of income), as well as for rehabilitation and treatment
- Complete disability with payment of the insurance indemnity for patient support, care, treatment and rehabilitation;
- Death of the insured with payment of the insurance indemnity to beneficiaries.
